brotherjohn Perfect conditions and a nice flat course, so a bit disappointed to not run faster than last year. If they give me the same time as my Garmin it will be a PB, but this is the Kevin Henry, didn't get one official result last year from 4 races. I made it 16:50 and I think 7th place. (Usual inept timekeeping at the KH race, they give me 16:53, so no PB)

Cats Whiskers Enjoyed this, which means I just wasn't trying hard enough. Pleased to be able to run this time pretty comfortably, when a few months ago it was hellish, but disappointed not to get inside 23 mins.

Cazaroo So much better to run in competition with people rather than in a more 'time trial' situation like park run. Theres going to be some healthy competition between Fi, Fi Katie and me over the KH league! Fi T just had it today, but we were all there or there abouts :) Some good PBs too... well done April Runner, awesome!

Flat Out Fi First time I had done that course and it was nice and flat and fast! Delighted to have got a pb - my Garmin said 19:40!! A great race and lots of good runners there! I was 6th lady overall!
