jamborigg This race gets better every year ,now ice cream at the end how will musselburgh ever beat that next year lol ,the cakes are like something out of hansel and gretel lol .The race was good as it is every year well done Musselburgh great race you got there

RicC I did better than expected but not as well as hoped. Not far from getting back to sub-40 though. Also got to see Cluaran and SpicedApple, as well as eat ice cream and cake so all in all a great day out :)

Disco Ron Delighted with my time, it's my 3rd fastest 10k (only 3 seconds off my 2nd fastest). I don't think I was right mentally and didn't feel like I could push the pace faster than 7:30 per mile even though I can do it in training. Still, I'm not complaining!
