ozzie2920 Not bad for a first effort ,but wanted really to break an hour but the real aim was finishing . Well organised event but even a raw rookie like me got fed up with dodging walkers why do they walk in the middle of the road if your knackered move to the side.

Beaker Fantastic - for a number of reasons was really not looking forward to this at all. Managed to surprise myself in my first proper 10K though. The sheer number of people was a bit of a problem at times, but I am just happy to have finished and run all of the way.
