Never done anything remotely sporty in my life (apart from school sports which I managed to avoid in the main) but decided in 2003 to have a go at this running lark. It's been an amazing journey from that first 30 second treadmill stint! I'll never be the fastest of runners, and my times vary wildly depending on how hard I'm training but I guess it's all relative and I do really enjoy it. My aim now is to attack all my PB's over the next 12 months, culminating in FLM 09....wish me luck!
