Ferdi Really enjoyed this. Although it was undulating, nothing too hard and weather very good for running (even the wind seemed to be from behind most of the time!). Very well organised, and great souvenir coffee mug in the goodybag.

Mozi Bit under par today, sore throat and bit of cold. Still pleased with my time considering this is not the easiest course and a bit of an improvement on last year's time.
