brotherjohn Really nice day, but still very cold. Course a bit hilly, but had a very good run. Stopped the watch a couple of seconds to early, because I couldn't figure out where the finish line was. But surprised to see 28:20 on the watch when I looked! Real time probably about 28:23? It's a good PB anyway. Official time 28:24. Damm it, they just added another 2 seconds! 28:26 now.

Lyra OK Altered to show official time (as amended to allow for a timer's error). Garmin feckwittery taken into account, I'm choosing the prettier time. Superb run, felt competitive and overtook throughout the race. Enjoyed every second and atmosphere was fantastic.

northern_runner Pretty good race, but found it a bit hard in the middle mile, although doing a 30 mile bike ride the day before wasn't the best preparation (and not what i intended to do either!). Conditions were excellent for runners and spectators, even though it was surprisingly cold in the shady spots.
