heval Tough in the muddy bits! My mile splits were roughly 6.40, 6.31, 6.57, .30, 7.17...I'm aware that doesn't add up so I evidently got confused on one or more miles! Still had a mid race slump but pulled up more energy only to be beaten by the muddy track at the end...and all the men who i overtook on the hills before it! 5th woman :) 89th overall
