Bourne Frostbite, a PB by 37 Secs (unofficial time) which is pleased as previous PB was flat and on roads. Start very very cramped and took a little while to get going properly. Second mile was a bit to quick. Conditions hard as hilly and muddy would have liked 7m/m but not when its like this. Think WJ got second overall and there were loads of us there be interesting to see how many. Couldn't quite catch Justin Bently at the end but pleased with position of 126 anyway.

Well done M8. cracking time in those conditions. Was my slowest Bourne FB out of the 7 times I've done it although it's often been as short as 4.85M in the past.
