I am new to running since 27th October 2008. My aim is to build up my fitness and loose weight for my wedding in April 09. Eventually i would like to join a running club. I have the support from Mick who is helping me build up my confidence with running. I have never really enjoyed any kind of exercise however; i am actually enjoying running. Nov 2010; I am back on the running after giving birth to Isla (AKA Babyswerver) to re-build my fitness and shift the baby weight.
