Bourne Frostbite, unnofficial time. Position 281/413. A slight variation on the route this year. Fastest Frostbite since return so very pleased, even though it felt like someone had stolen my lungs! 59 secs slower than Bourne last year which was on the back of a 17 mile hilly run the day before!!

Just realised it is not the fastest since return, Ramsey was an average of 5 secs per mile faster.....but then again...completely different terrain!

Good run - comeback going really well and I think this was much harder than ramsey so not surprising a bit slower!
