Flat Out Fi My first ever 20 mile race and it went really well! I was 8th lady overall and 2nd FV35 and came back with a Silver County Medal!! :o)) really chuffed with that and starting to feel far more confident about London now!

MrMarcus First 20 mile race, part of marathon preperations. Not flat out but a steady pace of around 8 min/miling. Update, great run today watch time, 2:24:50 done at a steady 7:14 pace. VLM can't come soon enough.
