Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Floating Runner Anybody fancy a race at around the 7.30 mile pace, if so then fmail me and we can arrange something. Would like to better pb I set 20.05.08, so could be tricky without the challenge.
Bloody hell, went all out and got another pb, amazed myself.

Forest Runner Very disappointing and worse than my worst case scenario. Pace was actually slower than my last half marathon, which was much more undulating than this flat 10k.

MadJonny Generally pleased. would have like sub 50 and was on for it with 2k to go, but heat was unrelenting and made the goign quite tough. Half way in 24-50. Headwind running up the lake made it cooler but very hot on turning back towards the start.

MadRobby Super, smashing great... new PB by 1+ minute. Perfect conditions (for the spectators). Stayed in control and kept something back for the second half of the race, instead of dying on my arse as per last year.

MattTheRat A PB which is nice, quite a big positive split (18:22, 19:20). Wind in 2nd half was hard work, but really enjoyed this one.

monki My time - not clock time which I suspect will add a few seconds. BUT under 45 off the back of no running for two weeks and heavier than my last three 10k PBs. Pretty pleased.

skiddy! Not as good as I thought I would be today. I will have to look at my training to see how I can improve my speed, as the distance is not the problem.
