MAD Superman Gentle undulating course but mainly flat with a slight wind. Felt good until 10m then struggled with a stitch for a couple of miles costing me 35-40secs (was with Steve Stone before and thats what he beat me by) before recovering to the finish. Watford Wobble Weather cool 6 degrees with strongish breeze. Two sort of draggy hills but consider flat. Pleased with this but found miles 9 - 11 hard. Good run. This is the official gun time.
