Morning Enjoy your trip to Belfast @Velociraptor Enjoy your rest day @lin50 Just read the rest of your report @ElspethF . Very impressive running! Not an easy course by the sounds of it and laps and the heat on top! Hope you are recovering well. Progress is being made @alehouse . Glad the hamstring wasn't a problem for yesterday's run after the dog incident. Nice trip planned for the weekend @Dustin Where are you off to @RFJ ? Uggh to the rocking boat @PeterFay . I just survived a trip on an old fishing boat off of Madeira in June - it was a close thing though. Afternoon Lyrics - no What - rest day Why - taper for Sunday Last hard - last Wednesday Last rest - today Hope you have a good trip Velo Hope the speedwork goes well Hazelnut Yesterday’s lyrics were from Hi Ho Silver Lining by Jeff Beck. A version is played at Hillsborough on match days. I was slightly wrong with 2 footballers covering it as it’s just one Vinny Jones. I did think Terry Curran of Wednesday released a version late 70s early 80’s but can’t find mention of it. |

Good afternoon! Lyrics- no! What- run (done) was meant to be intervals but didn't program it into my Garmin properly so did a Fartlek session instead. Will lift some weights later. Why- race on Sunday. Last hard- race last Sunday. Last easy- yesterday. |
