Ferry journey was rough, very rough!
Departed at at gone 1am (scheduled 23:45) and with temperature down to 8⁰, we were cold by the time we got aboard. Got about an hour's grace before it got rough and didn't settle until about 06:30. Bow was lifting out of water then bouncing as it came back down. Fortunately we were in a cabin but not much sleep had.

Last hard: that was ^

2 short walks today

Missing first choir rehearsal on Monday, a new piece to me "The Armed Man - a mass for Peace" (Karl Jenkins)

Rough trip to Shetland last night but had just calmed aboutn6.30 am when over the tannoy is there a medical doctor on board so threw on clothes and staggered to reception to be told they'd already hadany offers. Anyhow felt fine if tired once on dry land and had a couple of breezy walks and checked in. Out to Bressay this evening to meet and eat.

@HazelnutCH North Wales, the kids (adults) brought me the Velocity Zip Wire experience (they even checked with my specialist to check it was OK....

What - Ex Bike as usual 36:15 mins for 9.25m
Why - What happens if I don't? Get Fatter!!!
Last hard - Another UTI on the cards
Last Rest - Monday

Doubt there is an exercise bike where we are going so wont be much over the next few days...
