I can't see how Valencia can put on a marathon if half of what we're seeing on the news is true (although the marathon route itself is apparently unaffected) and I'm not sure that we'll go even if it is on.

The trampoline ones are the hardest! @alehouse that sounds promising, you're much further than me at the moment! Els well done for getting out later, so much harder when it's darker. Happy Sunday all

Well done everyone else on your training / resting / volunteering what - 1h40 trails with a few local pals why - recovery, legs a little stiff still from xc yesterday last rest - 14/09 last hard - yesterday lyric - not so sure today
