Morning  another dull grey day here, but with no wind it's good weather for running - so will put my shoes on and do an hour at some point why- current target is 4 runs a week and I didn't run yesterday (but did get my resistance bands out eventually ) Lyrics - no (googled and not surprised I don't know them) Enjoy your Sunday, folks -  to anyone racing

Lyrics no! Wimped out of early run this morning as thought I would be too slow for company. True but I should have gone. By time I had baked a cake after lunch it was getting dark and had to kick myself out the door but 6.5 miles done. Drizzly morning, brighter but very short afternoon. Veloci, hope marathon goes ahead but difficult to not know! Trying to plan another trip away (not a running one) though running will be done if only as a commute! |
