Hazel, ooh that sounds tempting, tell me more! Although I haven't your speed! RFJ, conference sounds good and that sounds a great biking effort!

But I love running in the dark , just struggle to persuade Husband that it's safe, so don't do much outside of events happy Friday, all

Halloween swimming antics (round the wreck) cancelled wisely due to weather. 110 miles run this month. No running today. No idea on today's lyrics. Yesterday's lyrics were "I've had Enough" (The Who) from Quadrophenia (where Jimmy considers whether life is worth it, even as a Mod)
