Wabo, nothing amazing, just keep moving forward, don't get lost and don't fall, and try to beat the cutoffs!
Well I think it is 54mph wind out there, certainly on top of hill! Bracing walk although not too cold.
Good monthly total Wabo!

Night owl, the chest light sounds good, I hate running in the dark. Maybe not so good in a race getting it on over race vest etc!
Hazel, ooh that sounds tempting, tell me more! Although I haven't your speed!
RFJ, conference sounds good and that sounds a great biking effort!

good stuff @RFJ :) keep on keeping on x

Lyrics - yes :) good one!

what - easy half hour tractor dodging round the field tracks and then some 'strides'

why- just getting off my moon and doing something

chest lights give a different light and take a bit of getting used to, but I prefer to headtorch. But I love running in the dark , just struggle to persuade Husband that it's safe, so don't do much outside of events

happy Friday, all :)

What: Tidying up and consumer side rewiring now that electricians have finished removing old 15A stage lighting circuitry from church.

Halloween swimming antics (round the wreck) cancelled wisely due to weather.

110 miles run this month.
No running today.

No idea on today's lyrics.

Yesterday's lyrics were "I've had Enough" (The Who) from Quadrophenia (where Jimmy considers whether life is worth it, even as a Mod)

Evening!

@Dustin, physio was pleased with progress. Need to up the gym work, up the aquajogging, add some hill walking...and gradually increase the running. Not sure when I will fit it all in!
