Saying that I did manage an 53 km run walk at sunrise to sunset run over Christmas. This morning 7km run walk at the track. Ale looks like you've been running a bit more (saw you'd done parkrun the other day). Hope the hammy is ok. I'll try and pop in a bit more but there's a lot going on. Don't know the lyrics today
