PB. I think I’m dead now. Was waaaay off the back by 200m. After 7 ish laps I caught one bloke who’d fallen off the pack and sat on him for 6 or 7 laps when it became apparent he was slowing. I caught one more over enthusiastic starter in the last mile. 38.35.9. My previous track PB was 40.15 and my previous over all PB was 38.37.

Great running CC2, not been on a track in ages, will look to see if any local track races are available over the summer though.

Not on the track but did my first 5k race in almost 2 years today as prep for my track 3000m next week. Massive PB of 16.47 and took 22 seconds off the v50 course record. Did not expect that!
