What: 11.5M bike ride Why: cleaning out my fetch circle. Missed two gems, dammit!! Last hard: yesterday Last rest: I didn’t remember properly but it was 29/8, not 17/8 as I previously mentioned 113M run in August, 145M on the bike. A very good month for catching up to my targets!
