I'm in. I've been more regular in my practice for the last month or so, just not posting on here. I won't be daily either but probably aim for 3/4 times a week.

I'm still doing yoga most days, thanks to this thread, but I don't often log it on here, though. It's really improved my flexibility.

I did the first 10 mins of the down dog app last night. I didn’t like it, I’m going back to Adriene!

I am rubbish at doing yoga every day. Or some days. Or occasional days. But I’m going to get back on the yoga bandwagon because I know it’s good for me and my tight hip flexors and asymmetrical legs and stiff neck from sitting at a microscope all day.
(Just for clarity, the microscope is not responsible for my hip flexors!)

I did True Day 14 on Friday and again today. It's called Listen and is very gentle.

I find Maz that if you aim for every day and miss by a bit but don’t beat yourself up about it that it turns into most days. Worked for me in September!

I did heart and hips last night. Bit weird but fine, quite relaxing though I prefer hips and lower back by far.
