I joined my Mum at her yoga class last ngiht, it was the first time I'd practised yoga in the evening. I liked it, and will try it again, but when I can go to bed right away not drive home!

I got up early and did my neck and shoulder favourite. It's only 17 mins but sets me up for a day at my desk.

I need to try this one, though 17 minutes is a commitment for me Missed yoga last night, didn’t get to bed till midnight so not even a 5 minute one was going to happen.

Ok, so I did this and it eventually tailed off without me being accountable on here. Plus the decorating meant my bedroom was in total chaos for a month. I am climbing back onto the yoga train and will do it every day until Christmas. I really need it right now for a bit of mental decluttering and physical anti-creakiness. Who’s with me?

I'm with you. In all honesty it won't be every day for me but I'm definitely on board with needing to prioritise this more. I've slipped a bit because I'm obsessed with swimming atm!

Hello I need to be here, it won't be everyday. But I'm aiming for yoga most days that I don't do Pilates.
