I don't mind the prattling, I find it quite soothing - but I'm also far more of a beginner so I probably need a bit more virtual hand-holding!

I struggle to stay with one youtube yoga channel, but mostly I use Yoga with Breathe & Flow interspersed with some Yoga with Tana. B&F have a huge variety of stuff with a bias to stronger functional vinyasa flow, Tana is more fluid and shorter flows.

I've been practicing daily since September and I can feel the difference (though my hamstrings are still so tight)

I don't mind admitting I'm a big fan of Adriene but keen to try other channels.
I have Movement for Modern Life (recommended by someone on here, I think) which has lots of different instructors.

Will check out some of the other suggestions on here.

I do like Kassandra, and since being introduced to her at the end of last year (on this thread) have mixed between her and Adriene. I particularly like Kassandra’s 10-15min videos when I’m short of time, and the lack of Adriene’s wittering (which is the bit that grates for me with some of her videos)

I plan to do more of that, too, Gobi

I did have a morning routine that I'd made up, but found I wasn't pushing myself enough, and I'm not expert enough to do without the reminders Adriene gives at times on position (yet!)

I sometimes feel she has a camera on me, and knows exactly where my pose has gone wrong!

There are common cues that are given...to correct any known deviations! ;)
