Having smashed, and occasionally been smashed by, Adriene's latest 30 day challenge, am going to follow her monthly calendars. Day 1 was very easy, but I've decided to really listen to her and try to put 100% into trying to make the pose better than I have before. She's a bit chatty, but if I can cut out the static I may actually learn something.

I'm also following Feb calendar - today was interesting, I wasn't sure at the start but ended up really enjoying it, the cues on the breathing really helped.

I'm redoing Move, but likely will be a bit patchy. Maybe I'll aim for 3 sessions each week

And I'm still finishing the 30 day series, did day 28 this morning. Once I've done all 30 (I'm being a renegade renegade and am looking forward to day 30) I'll join in with the Feb calendar.

I restarted Move after having to take a break. I’m on day 16. Not quite managing every day but much more than I was doing before Christmas.

I'm giving Adriene a break as I found her constant chatter annoying. I'm trying Kasandra now. No innate chatter just instruction for getting in/out of poses.

I'm also still avoiding Adriene in favour of prattle-free yin yoga.
