Just done day 4 - and right wrist is definitely stiffer - I wonder if it's work related? It's the hand I use for the mouse (although I don't have one with the lap top), in the office I have a weird ergonomic mouse following RSI in my right thumb a couple of years ago.

I can't decide if the dominant wrist should be less twisty than the non-dominant; it could be work related, as you say, AL. My right wrist isn't great anyway but I can see that a desk job could cause forearm muscles to tighten so it makes sense for the dominant side to be worse.

That's what I was thinking. I do actually find the way different sides are stronger/weaker, tighter/looser really fascinating!

I’ve just done day 4 as well. The slow nature of these videos so far is really making me concentrate on how I’m moving/how I’m feeling - this is a very good thing!

I'm feeling old this year. I too am struggling to hold my weight on my hands for long enough and sometimes when she transitions - say from down dog to lunge I'm still trying to get my foot in the right place when she has moved on.

Day 4 done last night - it was nice. Day 5 first thing this morning. Some nice flow in there which is my preference. Struggled with a down dog with one hand lifted but actually found it easier when the hand was placed on opposite thigh. I had a couple of moments where I dropped into a child's pose for a few seconds to take a break.

I guess it's a difficult balance for Adriene. She has such a following now she has to cater to her existing fans as well as newbies - I think over the years this has been reflected in the 30 days as they have felt like they dive in a lot sooner. I'd like to go back to the first one I did and see if my perception is right. I just need to remember which was my first.

I want something to dip in and out of. 30 days straight no good for me.
