Evening. I was a bit late getting started and then delayed further by some village drama involving helicopters, coast guard and police. Hard to breath and relax with that going on.

Anyway, I enjoyed day 1. That wrist rotation was exactly what I needed. Not done it with the circular motion before.

day 2 is a goodie - visious neck and arm move near the beginning - not sure how to describe it - the bit where we sit cross legged, tilt the head, then lower the opposite arm to the ground at the side, focus on the little finger reaching towards the ground, then flex the lowered hand upwards and slowly lift towards shoulder height. Towards shoulder height was more like just up a little from hip height for me - amazing stretch from a minimal movement.
I enjoyed day 2 of breath. Feeling lovely and calm for now.

I'm trying to get back into a more regular yoga habit, so I have also signed up to Adriene for January.

I was interested to read the comments on the wrist turn thing as I found that very odd and actually quite painful in my left elbow, although it felt great afterwards. It's probably something I need to do more often on a gentle basis as there is clearly some tightness in my left arm I was unaware of.

Day 2 of Breath done. I love how I can often feel the tiny movements so much, GOTD, it’s a real eye-opener. The idea of each breath cycle being a new arrival, a reset, is one I’m planning on taking on board today.

Ooo i enjoyed that! I agree GOTD and Paula - those small movements are definitely not to be underestimated, between the side stretches with the head tilt and the foot twists shortly after I’ve stretched/opened bits I’m not sure I even knew I had! - the slow, apparently ‘simple’ nature of all of todays movements were actually pretty challenging, and I was surprised how quickly the 37mins went.

Yep, another lover of Day 2 and those tiny movements :-)
The one you describe, GOTD, is a personal favourite.

I'm trying to do Adriene's 30 days too! Enjoyed yesterday's but found to hard to focus at first - probably a bit rusty. Also ended up under the christmas tree at the end!

I found today's was harder on the wrists during the first half.

Yes, there was a lot of time on the wrists early on
