Loved the wrist rotation, found out how inflexible my hips are and almost fell asleep at the end. It was bliss

I found the wrist rotation thing quite tough and certainly not enjoyable. I guess it shows how inflexible they are.

My left wrist (the one I broke a couple of years ago) was less comfortable than my right but I was pleased that I could still do it.

When I was doing my teacher training, I found it hard to get the hands around and only did them halfway around until it was more comfortable.
