Day 1 done for me. Pleasantly surprised as it didn't feel like 48 mins - felt shorter. A nice slow session but my hip flexors know they've done something!

Day 1 done - I enjoyed a slower pace session today, and needed the stretches. I need to improve my inhales! Long exhales are no problem.

I enjoyed this and particularly found the rotated wrist beneficial to stretch the forearm. That's a new move for me.

30 mins of Beginners ashtanga for me, working on balance in standing poses. It's rather wobbletastic at present.

I need to do more balance work, for sure, MsG
GM - I thought of you when I did the rotated wrist this morning. Wondered how your wrists would be with it
