I've run out of time to do Day 2 tonight. Can't see how I can fit it in tmrw either. Given the 72 hour limit, I can see this course going down the pan.

She has loads of other good stuff on youtube. You'll find something on there to fill the gaps if you can't keep up with the 14 day thing.

Oh yes HP. I've been doing her videos for months thanks to this thread. This course has just happened to coincide with a busy few days, and I was quite underwhelmed with day 1.

I should get up early tomorrow to do day 2 but I am just in from kayaking and buzzing which means late night and therefore a long lie would be good.

Just done Day 3, found it hard because of the slowness which means holding in low lunge, extended side angle for a loooong time. I'll stick with it but not afraid to miss a day.

Fleecy: I'm intrigued about the bed yoga. Do you mean you actually do the yoga class on your bed? Don't you find that the mattress is too soft?

Day 2 last night. The pace is quite slow isn’t it. I am trying to be patient and see it as an opportunity to check in with my practice more mindfully.

I missed yoga last night, just couldn't do it after the day I'd had.
Jenelopy: I don't do any standing stuff, the mattress is definitely too soft for that! For sitting and lying stuff it's fine, though I do stick a pillow under my bum to compensate for the mattress at times. It might not be ideal, but it feels like the only way I can consistently do yoga. Plus, I have a king sized bed so there is lots of room. I actually find a yoga mat quite constricting in a funny way!

Interesting Fleecy, thanks. I might give it a go myself.

My yoga pose choices are limited by a very painful knee...after a nice little faceplant on Tuesday morning. I can still run a bit...gingerly!
