I had a go on an SUP yesterday. Yoga practice helped I think. However, I had done a session on the Friday night that involved a lot of balancing and my feet were aching as a result. Roller derby yoga tonight. I liked it. |

I tried an Adriene class last week for the first time (I figured lots of fetchies can't be wrong!). I liked her style, and voice. I normally do classes from doyogawithme.com (with Tracey, Fuji and Melissa usually), but I think I'll do Adriene's classes again. Thanks! |

Hey fogi's (will that catch on?;-)), I am late to the September Yoga party but have been gradually getting back into post-surgery. Elsie pointed me at this: event.onecommune.com Slightly different thing from the 30 day programme's in that the videos are only available (for free) for 72 hours. It starts tofday but I think the video will be too late for me to do today so I'll do something else and then start the 14 day thing tomorrow. |

Day 1 done. I thought it was quite good. Low to the ground and not much moving but worked quite well for me today...:-)

I did yoga for self doubt yesterday, didn’t like it actually. Though the bit about sniffing your inner thigh did make me laugh...

I have not done very well with daily yoga. Life is crazy busy at the moment and whilst I know that is exactly when I need daily yoga, finding time and energy is tricky.

That’s why I end up doing it in bed most of the time...I figure even if I’m tired a 5 minute vid will help me sleep and not postpone it too much.
