Well done to GimmeMedals. I like the animal standards too, I need a third qualifying time yet this year and would currently be a Wahoo on 2 entries (what on earth is that?).

Plenty of days yet for to get a mile in this month though maybe not for those marathon tapering like myself or riggys99.

I’m also marathon tapering. Maybe I will use my final full mile in the marathon as an incentive to get a move on at the end :) :)

Probably better to do it at the end rather than the beginning.

Good luck with the marathons folks, I don't think I'd be rushing to do a fast mile this side of a marathon just in case I wasn't warmed up enough.

Where do you find what standard you are? I know I need another mile race to get my 3 but I’d like to see what to aim for later in the year 😜
