I've just realised I've been a little derelict in my thread duties but I'm now caught up with virtual mile races added for next year. Get yourself ahead with your race planning and get yourself entered into the virtual mile races. |

I try to do the same OS, we definitely can't control the weather which is another reason I use the same stretch of roads (I use 3 sides of a rectangle).

Did my attempt this afternoon. As I did my warm up I tried to think of excuses for a poor time. Was quite pleased to get 8:31. Not my quickest this year but certainly better than I was expecting.
