Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Ooh you are a wag, Dio! :-)

Pix - it's the Jennis fitness ap, £9 a month or less, cracking value, very sporty. But I think you have quite enough plans and projects!

I considered giving it up now I'm back into winter training and have a monthly plan from my sprints and jumps coach - but it's very useful in MAKING me do stuff without too much thinking.

Hmm, do I have time before I catch my train for Day Two of abs challenge on Day Two of Lockit? Think so! It's only 20 mins.

Hope everyone has something to look forward to at weekend.

Turbo session of intervals with mental strength training done!
TGIF is all I can say

WFH is so tiring - you don't seem to take breaks (fetching doesn't count!) so mentally exhausted which makes your body think it's exhausted too

I did my second lifting session of the month last night. It was much as expected.

Morning continuation heroes!

It's been an odd and not entirely joy filled week for me, hormones and cramps and work being difficult and uninspiring are not a winning combo.

Dog walking is going well, though, nearly every day this week I think. The shortening daylight hours are actually helping to focus the mind on making sure we get out, though also meaning we have to choose between doing that together or going for runs separately and runs are mostly losing out.

I've got my at least one for the week in, tough, and will likely try for another today or tomorrow. And I've got one lifting heavy things and putting them down again under my belt already.

So it hasn't actually been that bad, it just feels a bit rubbish.

I am away on Monday for a few days in a fairly remote location with limited WiFi. I am going to take a note book so I can write down ideas for making the rest of the year count.

That’s a great idea, hp. Gotter love a real live notebook, pen - or pencil or paintbrush - to paper is a beautifully real sort of commitment to yourself:

Token bout of faster running for the week ticked off this morning.
