Make every day count how you want it to.
Usual terms and conditions apply. I dare not disobey a Pixie.

I'm here. Still hoping for OW swimming at the weekend, but if not, will have to find another goal. Might be more regular yoga again.

I will be continuing with the theme of ‘being sociable’. I also have a (slightly ironic) need to manage my social media use. I’m hoping my few days away next week with limited WiFi and phone signal will break the habit of constant scrolling.

Ooh hello. Found you!
Unusually, I have my horse to myself this month (he’s been furloughed from his job in a riding school). We happen to be being filmed for something tomorrow, then it will be November Lockdown Popcorn And Maz Bootcamp - it will be really interesting to see what (if any!) difference it makes.

Some goodies already!
That thing about make every day count - it’s not like the frankly ridiculous Live Every Day as if it’s your Last. Just make sure you do something each day that is rewarding for YOU. If you’re going to laze about, that’s fine. - just make sure you enjoy it or feel restored or rebellious, whatever.
Goals are good but process is preferable.
