Maybe I am getting stronger. I started of doing 30 squats among my eight little exercises and last night I did 82. Mins I did go for it and went off proper wobbling upstairs afterwards

Having been OK yesterday, I almost needed to be winched out of bed this morning. Beanie would be well pleased. It's only to be expected since the last time I lifted weights was in early August. Next time (scheduled for tomorrow) will be better.

My life does not need anything more goals added to it for me to fail to live up to.
November won't be lockdown for me (the first one wasn't either), so I will concentrate on de-cluttering unrealistic ambitions, expectations of others and myself, and the dining room.
I will continue my current plan/activities to get my she-shed built and painted. A temporary drough and sunny weather for the second half of the month would be helpful if anyone can arrange that.
I think that's enough to be going on with.

I’ve got my last barbell class for a while tonight.
Popcorn the furloughed pony is doing his last few days of work (actually he’s not today. Tuesday is his rest day.)
