I'm pretty glad I went to Lee Valley today as it would have been easy not to and my mad brain (like not a few other people's mad brains) always worries about being a Sad Trier.
I have the group plan for Novemeber now and can adapt it as fits. Also Raffo has said he'll do sprint hills with me, at the old Spirnt Group venue. It will be a laugh. 'No it wont,' said Raffo.

Not a Dr at all, but that's the answer I would have given too
I can't decide about November - more yoga, 100 miles and do all the house-chores on my list sounds good - but also feels like a stick to beat myself with - or is it aim high and if you fail you've still done better than sitting on the sofa?
