I'm not sure what you mean, pixie, as I'm sure you know what abs work is!
Today was crunches, flutters, double leg lowers, sit up and reach, side to sides, bicycle crunches, crossover scissors, high toe touches, classic situps, and Russian twists.
I AM hopeless at crunches as my upper back is so flat and rigid.

No, really - it's all over in six minutes! Should be five minutes but I am a bit slow!

The Russian twists are light relief! We usually have to do them with a weight! (You should be able to do them hp- they're not unrelated to Adriene's boat pose)
Bicycle crunches are hard for me. Any crunches really.

I do 12 mins of core, a mix of nine moves which are from Pilates/physio. Four of them are on my back and the remaining five on my front, to work my back as well. Lots of the more leggy ones are impossible for me with my hammies!

I'm a big fan of back extensions - partly cos I'm good at the big Pilates ones like Swan Dives *tootles trumpet* - but mainly because it's easy to forget about balancing all that forward folding/crunching/sit up-ing.
I miss the gym for that machine you lie on and lift up a med ball or weight plate arching your back. Cool!

I’m a fan of back extensions, we could really do with a bigger kitchen/utility room, a downstairs loo, and maybe a 4th bedroom, come office.
