Week1 day 3 for me today. 15, 13, 10, 10, then only just managed to squeeze out 15 on last set. Going to start week 2 on Tuesday :)

Treacle
Week 1 day one for me - decided to do the easiest level as I only managed 6 on the test, and starting with 7 ,7,5,4 sounded scary!

But actually managed 4, 3, 2, 2 and then 5 so pleased with that. Full press ups too:-)

Just don't try 2 days back to back is a good tip, i'm including this in my weights/core workout and my shoulders were to weak to do it today after starting day 1 week 2 yesterday

Cuddy
Hey quick question - I'm starting tomorrow but not sure which form should I use. I tend to do my push ups with palms quite wide but some people do with palms closer to the body, more of a tricep push up...Any suggestions?

I think a traditional stance is hands slightly wider than shoulder width, any wider and it is very difficult and any narrower (as you say) affects triceps more
