Even enroled my 2 teenage son's
16yr old did 10, 10, 8, 6 & 10
14yr old did 10, 10, 8, 6 & 12
Well chuffed that I managed more than they did (Although I did do the girlie ones & they did full push-ups)

Hi JB,
No, kids enjoyed it, but was only day 1. 16yr old has just finished 2 yr GCSE in Phys Ed so I would have been worried if he had found it hard. Although I don't know how long they will continue if their cronky old mum keeps beating them.
