But I am only doing girly knee ones for now to keep it manageable, the plan is 6 weeks of girlie style, a week off to recover then start again doing big man ones, cos I is a big man really LOL!
This was a surprise as I am aching all over the shop at the moment. I thought I would prob jack it in half way through the first set but I knocked it off ok. Then the rest went ok too so something must be working.
I think press-ups are definitely one of the flashier exercises to do in the gym :-). But not as flashy as dips or pull-ups.
After pressups did some bicep curls - finally figured out a way to do them without putting my left forearm out of whack. So all in all a good sesh pour moi!

You are tougher than a lot of big men already You will have arms/upper body/core of steel Kinky, keep up the good work!
I'm having trouble dressing myself at the moment, or at least I will be in a day or two.
