ok...w1 d1 done: 10-10-8-6-15 of the girly ones.
arms are hurting already, but what bothered me while I was doing the pressups was a pain in my elbows...should I worry? or is it because I have no strength in my arms??
kynky - I have the same plan. we can carry on together as an extra challenge

Hmm I notice everybody does more in their last set than in their others. I do it the other way round - not sure of the difference. All I know is the last one kills me at the moment.
