Did this thread die? Don't know but I'm giving it a go this time. Anyone else? Tried out the initial test at hundredpushups.com Died at 20 but at least I get to start at week 3 which is encouraging. |

OK, update on this one. End of my first week, though I started on week 3 based on initial test. Short recovery times are the problem. Mon and Wed reps really hard and not recovered enough in either 60 or 90 secs as set out. Couldn't quite complete the 5th rep. Today, more press-ups but much easier with 2 min recovery. Unless it's the extra day off that did it. Next week I'll repeat week 3. |
