Limbered up with 50-30-50 on Saturday in place of a washed out parkrun ...I'm still feeling the DOMS but hope to do this soon ...

Right. I'm having another bloody go at this as I need to build my upper body strength.
29 in the initial test, puts me straight in to week 3. Day 1 done. Hurting already!
