A fitness challenge you can do while you wait for the kettle to boil. It's press-ups to a "sally up" song. High plank position on sally up, low plank position on Sally down. Sally down holds for about 4 seconds on the chorus and that is hardest part.

The useful links below have an example video and then a timer video with the song to follow along and record time whilst taking part.

Log a time as frequent as you like. Do it on your knees if required.

When you log your time, perhaps add in brackets how far up / down you are on your previous effort. Good luck!
