Chunky wizard - no idea how many pressups total. Not many. Give it a go, unless you are super fit the first try will probably take less than 2 minutes if your time. Easy to squeeze in when making a cup of tea ;-)

Harder than a squat version as yes, you do not rest on the ground in the down position. So the chorus that lasts 3 seconds seems to last a lot longer

10s up! Great TBR.

I'm going to have a go later, after breakfast.

I made the jump from 1:27 to just over 2 when I started doing 20 pressups on most trips to the kitchen, at least for the first half of the day. Typically about 80 a day.

This week I've fallen into a poor sleep routine which has sapped some motivation and I've fallen out of the daily pressups routine.

We did this a couple of years back as the finisher to our rebound class! It was pretty brutal :)

A fitness challenge you can do while you wait for the kettle to boil. It's press-ups to a "sally up" song. High plank position on sally up, low plank position on Sally down. Sally down holds for about 4 seconds on the chorus and that is hardest part.

The useful links below have an example video and then a timer video with the song to follow along and record time whilst taking part.

Log a time as frequent as you like. Do it on your knees if required.

When you log your time, perhaps add in brackets how far up / down you are on your previous effort. Good luck!
