We used to do the squats version with the yr 8 girls at school, I was most chuffed that I could manage the whole thing alongside the PE teacher - it's harder than it looks!
becca7 is being a bit generous. I did this for a bit a while ago but never got past 2 minutes. However my pushup game is much stronger these days so definitely will have a crack.
This was a bit of A Thing last summer. I wouldn’t mind but the soundtrack is excruciatingly mind-numbingly boring. Four minutes will feel like four hours.
A fitness challenge you can do while you wait for the kettle to boil. It's press-ups to a "sally up" song. High plank position on sally up, low plank position on Sally down. Sally down holds for about 4 seconds on the chorus and that is hardest part.

Log a time as frequent as you like. Do it on your knees if required.
When you log your time, perhaps add in brackets how far up / down you are on your previous effort. Good luck!
