3X30 as part of circuit training, so longer between sets than normal. This helped a lot! Also did some (10x3) elevated press ups. Will stick at 30 for a while then try to move on.

50/30 yesterday .....Gathering myself for the big push before Christmas ....I know from before that even getting to 3 x 70 is like 20 miles in the marathon ,viz,absolutely no man's land

3 * 15 squats 3 * 15 sit ups 3 * 14 press ups
ok so far, I am not going to jump ahead, I think I could but 1 at a time is easy to add....

I am doing squats&pullups along with press ups. Press ups today:20;16;12;12;20 as per plan.
