That's right, every now and then one re tests. It is a great way of seeing how one has progressed.
I have to keep reminding myself that the numbers do not really matter it's the process that leads to improvement.
Remembering how one did on test 1 is important! πŸ˜€

I've missed this for the last 2 days. Working late.

I have been on earllies this week and got up at the crack of dawn today Sat. Done day 2 wk 4, may try repeating it a couple of times before trying day 3.
Repeating days works for me. I have found it takes me longer than suggested to move up a stage. I've also repeated weeks and restarted the whole thing a couple of times.

OK, so I didn't complete week 2. I had a hard week and was shattered. I did go to the gym today to do 9, 11, 10, 10.

In my defence, I cycle to work and back and I worked a 50-hour week, facilitating an event, so lots of running around. I made 2 out of 3 anyway and will start week 2 again Tuesday (gym closing early tomorrow and I'm working most of the day).

I have just done a retest at the end of week 4. Press ups:68πŸ˜€
Am very pleased. Have just written out the next lot and it looks really hard. They have reduced the time between sets to 45 secs for a lot of them and only 60 secs for day 1.
As I am on lates this week after an extended Bank Holiday I will repeat day 3 from week 4, then start keek 5 on Sat. I hope!

I went to the gym last night and did flyes (new exercise for me), lat pulldowns, planks, military press, pull-ups and dips. It's no wonder when I came to do the press-ups at the end that I could only manage 5!

Starting week 2 again tonight. :)
