No they don't - I think I am making it up as I go along - which I know is not the point, but I am very set in me ways. I started the prog on RW on 16/7 when I did 20 17 17 10 15 So i started off right. But now I am all over the shop. Basically I up the first set by 2 every other day and all the others by 1 = 6 more each time I try. When I get to 100 consec I am just going to do 100 straight off first thing when I hit the gym. I expect i will be somewhat fatigued by the end of that. |

Oh well, you'll get there with or without a programme I'm sure. Although I'll stick to the programme. If it doesn't work, I'll just blame it rather than my own inability

It may seem daft, but I don't see a clear "now do 100 consecutive press-ups" at the end of the programme. Are we just to assume that once you've got to the end you can knock 100 off at will?

Did an 'initial' test yesterday - 22. Not bad for a weedy little person like me... Not sure about the program though, I've had some chest DOMS after the first test! and I don't want to have DOMS for the big race at the weekend...

EP - it's whatever sort of pressups you want it to be! I think the idea is to see how many of your sort of pressup you can manage now and then improve it over the next six weeks until you can maybe do 100
